Breast Or Test?

Like many other mummy's i wanted to have a water birth and do X Y Z with the baby including "Breast Feeding" but because Scarlett was a poorly baby from the start they had to feed her straight away in the "Special Baby Care Unit" Even though i had the milk i was unfortunately unable to feed my baby the "BEST MILK" and had to bottle feed her which was really sad! This was certainly a "TEST" afterwards as when i kept going to the Unit she was in i kept trying her on the breast but there was other poorly baby's in the room and parents plus the stress of seeing my little girl i couldn't produce, I then tried to feed her on the breast after she came up to be besides my bed side and i had milk finally!! But it was too late she was too taken to the bottle she wouldn't latch on to me which made me cry that night as all i wanted to do was at least one thing right for her. From this day today she still loves the bottle & has all her peggy's coming through so its kinda good she isnt "Breast Feeding" as she likes to chew on the bottle and would most probably would of been me! All i say to you mummy's who have doubts do what feels best there is no wrong or right about feeding your baby as long as your baby is fed that is the main thing.
