So after I had my son in matter of months I started to become unwell with several problems, I started to think it was all related but it wasn’t! I was sent for numerous tests on my body and one was a nerve conduction test. This including having to warm my feet & hands up to see how my nerves would react to the tests.

Before The Test’s My Arms & Hands Became Numb, Tingling & Painful Which Led Me Pouring Hot Kettle Water On Myself Making Baby's Bottles, Burning Myself Cooking Tea, Loosing Grip Spilling Drinks & Breaking Things! Finally I Have 1 Problem Answered! I Have Severe Nerve Damage In Both Hand’s & Wrist! Iv had to attend clinics and several consultants and I was then given wrist supports.

But this didn’t help! I woke up with numb and painful arms, So I had to go back to another Consultant and get another wrist support made to fit my wrist and hand But Iv had no luck with that so the next step now is to have a Operation to release pressure of My Nerves But I have to have 2 seperate Operation’s & I have to rest them both for 3 Weeks Seperate! This doesn't sit well with me as I have a Working Partner & 2 Baby’s were one needs extra support, But it has to be done as if I leave it any later it could get a whole lot worse. So the operation will be done in the next following months & hopefully it all goes to plan! ( The Picture looks like someone is going to feast on the wrist with 2 forks )

Trying to cradle your baby or do a few rountines with this in both hands is awful we’re most women are watching there baby’s grow up and they can have fun and play with them, Making meals & baking cakes, I’m limited to what I can do with mine so I feel Iv lost out on that but I have many many years to have fun with my children so I can’t complain about that.
CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME :-
• Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition due to compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel. The main symptoms are pain, numbness, and tingling, in the thumb, index finger, middle finger, and the thumb side of the ring fingers. I have it in both so it’s extra painful!

• Or if you think you may have it go to your GP and explain and get a test done to be safe than sorry.
